Had new-fashioned and nice styled room with private bathroom and an electronic key card, a work desk, and television. Accommodating staff members at the Check-out and kept the hotel fairly clean. The location was marvellous 

We really enjoyed the hotel, amazing and exceptional breakfast.

The service was great, that made the hotel well-maintained and fully equipped place. Had good and amazing location right next to the shopping centre, an easy walk to Galeria Krakowska.

Marvellous location right next to the mall. Plus, just a walking distance from Galeria Krakowska. Beautifully designed and compact room, amiable staff at the Check-out. An electronic key card, a work desk, and television were nice. 

The room is fantastic and quiet, the staff are welcoming people at the Check-out. It has marvellous setting near the center. It's not too far away from Pestka Restobar, spent evening there.

Gorgeous hotel, silent rooms, excellent area. Marvellous breakfasts with great food. Early check-in, generally terrific service. Good internet, parking on site. Marvellous and stunning location close to a train station, easy to get around. And only 10 minutes walking to downtown.

Fashionable rooms with good lighting, very helpful and efficient staff.

I had a classic king room and it was great-sized and well-organised with nice view. The location was magnificent - short walk to main railway station and bus station, the Galleria Krakowska shopping centre and the center of Kraków.  

Perfectly comfortable setting, I had very very good time.

I ate at a lovely restaurant with great food and drinks. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows were very clean. The service was terrific during my stay.
